LANGDON HILLS, BASILDON

This project in Langdon Hills was a pleasure to be a part of. It involved a complete strip out of the existing kitchen with wiring for both the lighting and power and a new extension on the back of the dwelling to make an open planned kitchen into dining area.

A complete rewire of the kitchen allowed for new kitchen units and appliances located in set positions working off allocated drawings. A newly designed lighting layout in cohesion with both client and builder to get the desired outcome.

New lighting and small power in the extension with new pendants were to be installed as and when they get decided. Two outdoor lights were installed either side of the French doors to allow for the added aroma should they want to enjoy summer evenings in the garden.

RISE PARK, ROMFORD

This project back in August 2022 was a complete electrical fitout of a refurbished outbuilding, turning it from an old beaten up structure into a smart working from home office.

A new 32 amp supply run out from the house to supply the new garage distribution board to provide local isolation and future installation for any further works. Eight new internal downlighters, 8 new soffit lights and 6 new general-use sockets ready to go.

ABBESS RODING, ONGAR

Simple but effective garden lighting by using both discreet buried uplighters and more powerful floodlights designed by Lons Electrical.

Floodlights in the larger trees and uplighters dotted around perimeters for added affect, all completely weather-proof of course!

HATFIELD PEVERAL, CHELMSFORD

This recently attained house which had the mains set-up looking rather old and sorry for itself. Customer asked for the mains to be completely renewed and tidied.

We went for the new 10 way RCBO board from fuse box to not only tidy up the installation and make it easy on the eye, but most importantly make the install safe and up to current regulations.

COOPERSALE, EPPING

This summerhouse was a lovely blank canvas to get stuck into! Client had a new out-building which he was looking to make into a small gym area with a TV and heater. New 32 amp supply run from the house fuse board to supply new garage DB unit as a significant amount of power would be needed.

We agreed with the client that the best look to go for would be white PVC conduit around the building would leave the cleanest finish. 2 batten fittings installed with a switch and 6 double sockets with purposeful locations agreed to clients needs.
